Description :Older patients who developed COVID-induced pneumonitis may benefit from LDRT to the whole lung, to improve their quality of life and survival. This cost effective treatment should be tested as a clinical trial for all countries to decrease the burden of the hospital system which is currently being overwhelmed by the increased number of infected patients.
