Thermo Multiskan SkyHigh

 

Purpose:

The Multiskan SkyHigh is a microplate spectrophotometer designed for absorbance measurements. It is commonly used for applications requiring high-precision detection of light absorbance in microplate wells.

 

Applications:

 

1.       Nucleic Acid Quantification:

·      Measurement of DNA, RNA, and oligonucleotide concentrations for downstream applications.

·      UV/VIS spectroscopy for purity analysis (e.g., A260/A280 ratios).

2.       Protein Quantification:

·      Compatible with Bradford, Lowry, and BCA assays to determine protein concentrations.

3.       Enzyme Kinetics:
